Welcome to Signature Foot and Ankle
We want your first visit to feel clear and comfortable. Our team will listen to what is bothering you, review your health history, examine the problem, and explain the next steps in plain language.
Before your appointment
- Complete any requested forms before arrival when possible
- Bring a photo ID and insurance card
- Bring a list of medicines, allergies, and medical conditions
- Bring relevant imaging, reports, or records if you have them
- Wear or bring the shoes that tend to cause or reveal the problem
- Write down your main questions so we can address them
What happens during the visit
Your podiatrist will ask when the problem started, what makes it better or worse, and how it affects walking, work, exercise, or sleep. The examination may include skin, nails, circulation, sensation, strength, motion, foot structure, and walking pattern. Imaging or testing is recommended only when it can help answer a clinical question.
Your treatment plan
We will review the likely diagnosis, available treatment choices, benefits, limitations, costs when known, and warning signs that should prompt earlier care. You should leave knowing what to do next and when to follow up.
Insurance and self pay
Coverage varies by plan and service. Please contact the office before your visit if you have questions about participation, referrals, or expected self pay costs.
